 Preliminary Findings Since Our Inspection Program's Inception: 

1. The majority of fire rated openings inspected are non-compliant. 
2. Most of the non-compliant openings only need minor adjustments to meet compliancy.
3. Only a few of the non-compliant openings may nee new hardware hardware or door replacement.
